WHAT IS ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING?

Additive manufacturing, also known as 3D manufacturing, is a process used to create three-dimensional parts from a digital file. It involves building up thin layers of material to create complete, complex parts that cannot be produced by traditional methods such as casting, forging and machining. Additive manufacturing brings new design possibilities to the table, including being able to combine multiple components in production, minimize material use and reduce tooling costs.

BENEFITS

Additive Manufacturing significantly streamlines traditional methods. It brings design and innovation to the forefront. We know that modifications and redesigns are part of the designing process, but this method allows engineers to have creative freedom during the production process, saving you time and money.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Renishaw is a Metal 3D printing systems manufacturer and solutions provider for a wide range of industries worldwide. Renishaw is the leading
manufacturer of advanced metal additive manufacturing systems.

Renishaw technologies allow us to offer you a total solution for metal additive manufacturing.

INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS

Early adopters of metal additive manufacturing were high-end technology industries such as aerospace and motorsports.
With increasing application of the technology, there is potential for metal additive manufacturing to become an integral part of every engineer and designer's toolkit.

OUR PARTNER

With a wide range of prototype knowledge, using the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) equipment, ICT, Inc., has the capacity to deliver a fast and cost-effective prototype.

CNC machining plays a key role in creating tooling, such as patterns, core boxes, and finished machined castings.

Our casting and machining can be verified using CMM to your print or a direct overlay to the CAD file.

Next door you can find efficient low-volume production
in ICT's Dualtech Foundry.

Together, ICT and Dualtech can accelerate your product development cycles, which reduces time to market.
